At least "Julie from Norton antivirus" was nice lol. Seemed to be a real person too. I "googled" "finfisher" and found a few results. It looks like Avast will detect it too. Good to know we have a tool to fight back on this type of stuff.

i did contract malware bytes about it. but i didnt looking into and cleared all my emails since that time. but they did get back to me with a link and some sort of tool. do you have a link to the tool you found?

I didn't find a tool. I saw a reference to Avast finding it. As for Malwarebytes was it MBAR?
