i use duckduckgo firefox and protonmail other then that havent heard of the other products.
i still have to use gmail because of work. and i havent moved anything over from my personal gmail to my protonmail. i am considering paying for protonmail.

the alternates to googlemaps arent very good. waze is still owned by google as well.

It's hard to compete with the big names since they own everything good. I mean the amount of staff they have working on these apps all the time is the key that drives it so not sure how anything can beat them. Waze is my favorite GPS and it's still controlled (even though owned by Google) by the old staff.
